When you use our application, you may log in via your Google account. As part of the Google OAuth 2.0 login process, we collect and store your Google account information, including your email address, name, and access tokens. This information is used solely to provide access to your Google Sheets and to interact with Google's APIs on your behalf.

2. Google Sheets Data

When you grant us access to your Google Sheets, we may retrieve the names and contents of the sheets you select. This information is only used to display the data to you within our application, and it is not shared or stored permanently on our servers unless explicitly necessary to provide the service you requested.

3. Facebook/Meta Marketing Data

When you connect your Facebook account to our application, we access your Meta Marketing API data in read-only mode. We collect and process the following information:

Ad Account Information: Account ID, name, status, currency, and total spend.
Campaign Data: Campaign names, statuses, objectives, budgets, and creation dates.
Campaign Insights: Performance metrics including impressions, reach, clicks, spend, CPM, CPC, and CTR.

Important: We only read your advertising data for display purposes. We do not create, modify, or delete any campaigns, ads, or ad accounts. We do not have write access to your Facebook advertising account.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

Authenticate your Google account and provide access to your Google Sheets.
Display the list of Google Sheets associated with your Google account.
Retrieve and display the contents of the Google Sheets you select.
Authenticate your Facebook account and display your advertising data.
Show your ad accounts, campaigns, and performance insights in a dashboard format.
Provide analytics and reporting on your advertising performance.

Data Storage and Retention

We store your Facebook access token securely and encrypted in our database to maintain your connection. We do not permanently store your advertising data; it is fetched in real-time from Meta's APIs when you access our dashboard. Access tokens are automatically deleted when you disconnect your Facebook account.

Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information, Google Sheets data, or Facebook advertising data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service or if required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information and connected platform data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Access tokens are stored securely and encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.

Accessing and Deleting Your Data

You can revoke our application's access at any time:

Google: Visit your Google Account Permissions page.
Facebook: Visit your Facebook Business Integrations page, or disconnect from within our application.

If you wish to delete any data stored on our servers, please contact us, and we will comply with your request in a timely manner.

Meta Platform Terms Compliance

Our use of Meta Marketing API data complies with Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only request the minimum permissions necessary (ads_read) to provide our service.
