1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Service

Our Service allows users to:

Log in with their Google accounts and interact with Google Sheets using the Google Sheets API.
Connect their Facebook accounts to view advertising data from their Meta Ad Accounts.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable Google API Terms of Service (Google API Terms) and Meta Platform Terms (Meta Platform Terms).

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you may be required to log in using your Google and/or Facebook account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

3.1. User Data

By logging in with your Google account, you grant us access to certain information from your Google account, including your Google Sheets, which is necessary for providing the Service.

3.2. Facebook/Meta Advertising Data

By connecting your Facebook account, you grant us read-only access to your Meta advertising data. This includes:

Viewing your Ad Account information (ID, name, status, spend)
Viewing your Campaign data (names, statuses, objectives)
Viewing Campaign performance insights (impressions, reach, clicks, CTR)

We do not have the ability to:

Create, edit, or delete campaigns or ads
Modify your ad account settings
Make any changes to your advertising account
Access your payment information

Our access is strictly limited to reading and displaying your advertising performance data.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Engage in any behavior that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
Attempt to access data from other users' connected accounts.

5. Third-Party API Integration

5.1. Google API and OAuth Integration

Our Service uses Google OAuth to allow users to log in with their Google account and access Google Sheets. By using this functionality, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can revoke the application's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions page.

5.2. Meta/Facebook API Integration

Our Service uses Facebook Login and the Meta Marketing API to allow users to view their advertising data. By connecting your Facebook account, you agree to:

Meta's Terms of Service and Data Policy
Grant us read-only access to your advertising insights

You can revoke the application's access at any time by:

Using the "Disconnect" button within our application
Visiting your Facebook Business Integrations settings

6. Data Usage and Storage

We store only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service:

Your Facebook User ID to identify your account
An encrypted access token to fetch your advertising data
Token expiration time to manage session validity

Your advertising data is fetched in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of the Service, at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your stored tokens will be deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algerie, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Alger for the resolution of any disputes.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
